Lovely vintage 1970s dress with a 1930s flair- love the backless design! It has pretty feminine flutter sleeves and long sweeping hemline. The back closes with an invisible zipper and two self ties. It appears to be home-made and it has a water stain part way up all the way around about 16" from the hem. It could be a nice costume, or you might try and dye it. Or cut of the bottom- it is overly long anyway.Price reflects the flaws.
